Tom Bes, founding principal of BES Construction Consulting started the company in 2004. He has successful managed simultaneous projects and priorities with proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in team environments. Prior to starting his business, he worked for Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences and CGC Enterprises Inc as a senior project manager and vice president. He has a consistent record of career advancement and increased responsibilities over the past twenty-five years.

Victoria Racine started working for BES Construction Consulting in 2019 while finishing her four-year degree in Toronto, Ontario for architectural design. She also studied at Fanshawe College for three years completing her fine art diploma. She has worked for BES Construction Consulting for three years as a project manager managing simultaneous small and large projects.
